The Middle East is an area where automobile is king and fuel is low-cost, often leaving little incentive to discover more environmentally-friendly methods of walking around.

But this year, as demonstrations across the Middle East have risen the rate of oil, the concern of finding alternative sources of fuel has actually entered into .

In a region that has one of the greatest carbon footprints worldwide, one organization is taking advantage of the growing pressure to discover options to oil. It's established the Middle East's first plan to recycle cooking oil into biodiesel. It's showing profitable too, already their client-list contains McDonald's.
