In the UK, there are numerous ways to lease or purchase a mobility scooter. These include major high street sellers, specialist retailers and online service providers.

Class 2 mobility scooters have a a maximum speed limit of 4mph and are designed to be used indoors or on pavements. These scooters are not permitted to be used on the roads however, they can be driven on pedestrian and crossings that are zebra-shaped.
